## What is PadlessBox?

PadlessBox turns any big screen into a party game console with phones as controllers. Create a room on the main screen, then have players join from their phones using the room code or join link. The experience is designed to be fast to start, simple to explain, and friction-free for guests.

Two common ways to play:
- TV mode (couch multiplayer). Open `https://padlessbox.com/create-room` on the big screen, choose TV mode, and share the room code so friends can join from their phones. Start a game and play together in real time.
- Remote mode (Slack, Teams, Discord). Open PadlessBox in a browser, create a room, choose Remote mode, and share the room link or code in Slack, Teams, or Discord so everyone can join from their own devices.

PadlessBox supports up to six players in a single room and works best with a big-screen display plus phones as controllers.
